As a member of the American Youth Football League, Carolina Banditz also upholds the "Kids First" Philosophy in order to dedicated to give back to communities by encouraging the positive development of youth athletes through their association with adult leaders in the sport of American football and cheer. With guidelines established to ensure that players play in an atmosphere of learning with a competitive balance between teams.
