Coach Dione "D" Edwards brings passion, experience, and dedication to the Carolina Banditz coaching team. With 2 years of coaching expertise under his belt, Coach Dione has an impressive track record of guiding undefeated teams, showcasing his ability to inspire excellence on and off the field.
Specializing as a defensive line coach, Coach D prides himself on developing players' technical skills, strategic thinking, and mental toughness. His commitment to creating a strong and disciplined defensive unit has been a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy.
As a former player himself, Coach D understands the game from an athlete's perspective, giving him an unique edge in connecting with and motivating his players. His firsthand experience fuels his coaching style, fostering growth and teamwork within the Banditz community.

Coach Laquan Cox brings an impressive combination of experience, leadership, and heart to the Carolina Banditz organization. Since 2017, he has been coaching various sports, including football, and has established himself as a seasoned head coach. Over the past two years, he has led two different teams to undefeated seasons, a testament to his expertise and ability to inspire excellence.

As a proud Army veteran and former football player, Coach Quan understands the value of discipline, hard work, and teamwork. His military background instilled in him a commitment to structure and mentorship, which he passionately pours into the youth he works with. This unique perspective enables him to be a powerful role model, emphasizing life lessons that extend beyond the field.

Coach Troy West brings over 7 years of coaching experience across a wide variety of sports, including basketball, football, softball, and baseball. His dynamic and competitive spirit drives his coaching approach, always encouraging players to give 120%—not just in sports but in every aspect of life.

Known for his love of the “ahh-hah moments,” Coach West thrives on seeing the joy and understanding light up in the faces of young athletes when they grasp a new skill or concept. As both a coach and a parent, he takes pride in fostering growth and confidence in every player he mentors.
Coach West’s coaching philosophy is deeply influenced by a powerful mantra passed down from his father: “Good, Better, Best, never ever rest until the Good is Better and then Better is BEST!” This saying exemplifies his commitment to hard work, effort, and continuous improvement.
